Account information

We store your name, email, and a securely hashed password to manage your login. We also store the answers and evidence descriptions you choose to submit to the practice game.

Use and access

Your account lets you save your moves and view private results. Authorized assessors can review your submitted answers to score the game. Other players cannot access your information.

Choices

Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or grant permission for photography. The official event asks for separate operational and optional consent.

Retention and deletion

Your practice data remains stored until removed by the site administrator or after an approved erasure request. You may request your data through the website administrator; WordPress privacy export and erasure tools support Capital Chess game records.

Account notice version account-v1, separate from the pending event privacy approval.
